Enter a world full of secret agents, assassins, human experimentation and industrialization in a future where three new democratic republics have replaced what was once the United States of America. The White Flag Crash of the early half of the 21st century left the federal government gutted and without legitimacy, leaving Cascadia, Olympia and Avignon to spring up in its place with financial backing from patron EU countries. Though all three territories are technically free market economies, they are naturally ruled by shadow monopolies forever at war with one another for total economic, political and cultural dominance. While the paramilitary branches of Lumin Corporation and Westfort Industries fight their battles on Cascadian soil, Omertà, the special ops branch of the Cascadian government struggles to play referee. It's an arms race to the top that may well result in nuclear fallout. But before the world burns, there's plenty of fun left to have.
